Effect of natural essential oils

They exhibit antioxidant, antiviral and antifungal activities.

APPLICATION

Sauna

Add 6-8 drops of oil to a litre of water and pour this mixture over the hot stones.

Massage

Mix 1-2 drops with 1 tablespoon of base oil, massage into skin

Inhalation

Pour 5-7 drops into a pan of warm water and inhale the rising vapour for 5-10 minutes

Bathing

Pour 5-7 drops into the bath under the stream of warm water, bath time with essential oils - up to 15 minutes

Aromatisation

Pour 3-5 drops into a pot of warm water/air humidifier or scented fireplace

WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS

The oil has a strong effect, it is essential to dilute it before use according to the application.

Keep out of the reach of children. May cause sensitisation by direct skin contact. Do not use during pregnancy, by nursing mothers, children under 5 years of age. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use orally. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately, showing packaging. Do not allow liquid to spill on painted, plastic and similar surfaces - may cause damage.
